This was demonstrated designing, implementing and evaluating a MH Training programme for Local Authority and NHS Staff as well as statutory and non-statutory providers, voluntary, community and faith sector organisations in the borough. This saw 216 delegates attend training and produced a number of measurable positive public health outcomes. • I manage potentially conflicting priorities whilst leading on a number of projects including Fuel Poverty, Dementia and Suicide Prevention, responding to a continually changing and challenging public health environment.• I analyse data, write reports for senior decision making boards, carry out research, represent the Council, influence stakeholders and partners and support the delivery and management of Public Health strategies and plans.• I work alongside topic experts from other council departments, partner organisations and other local authorities, showing curiosity and humility to learn from specialists seeking shared objectives and solutions to challenges and joint delivery.• I display effective communication when engaging with internal partners, the public and providers to change practice or behaviours.
