- Project Management in EU project, activity of assuring the operational and administrative management of the entire action. Solid experience in managing projects at national and international level and can assure the operational coordination. The activities of Project and Financial Manager are also carried out with direct and indirect funds for the regions Lazio and Campania, province, inter-ministerial and national funds. Ensuring implementation of the respective work plans as well as the financial reporting of ongoing projects; involvement in the development of all projects, including connection with the EU Commission, project officers and responsibles of units; identification of new project proposals-- Consultancy activities, research & development, design in public and private companies.- Teaching and orientation activities for public and private training institutions.- Activity reporting / monitoring / control projects of public and private training organizations.
