• Order material ,goods, equipment and all necessary items for completion of Projects• Liaise with Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure timeous delivery of items on site• Understand supply marketplace and establish relationships with key suppliers in order to obtain best prices. Actively seek discounts and extras from suppliers (e.g free delivery, bulk specials etc. • Ensure I am provided a materials schedule from Costing head and familiarize myself with allowed costs for materials. Manage actual purchasers against this material schedule to ensure materials budget is met or bettered. • Flag Overspend or over order of quantities with project manager.
