Develop strategic vision of marketing content systems, understand how the systems interact (today and in the future) how our users work in each one individually and collectively and determine if other systems/capabilities are needed to complete our enterprise martech stack. Manage migration of enterprise digital asset management system to a new platform, gather business requirements, enhancement requests and manage training and implementation of 15,000 users. Manage Percolate content management system, keeping adoption high amongst the 1,000 users currently working in the system on a day to day basis.

Manage the implementation and roll-out of the Percolate marketing content management platform across the Caterpillar enterprise. Educate, train and support internal clients as they begin using the system, consult with them on how to best integrate the platform into their daily work practices and provide ongoing support as they journey through using Percolate to replace offline processes. Integrate Percolate into Caterpillar's martech stack and ensure our extended dealer network has accessibility to shared content to use in their own marketing efforts.

Successfully launched strategy with comprehensive marcom campaign including advertising, web presence, lead management, literature, digital content & apps, sales presentations and videos. Later expanded strategy to include short term e-mail marketing, longer term marketing automation, social media and comprehensive public relations campaign. - Played key role in the execution of MINExpo 2012, specifically with messaging of mining technology products. Extensive displays and content supported existing Cat MineStar marcom strategy. - Managed and executed Mine Site @ Night, a by-invitation event sponsored by Cat Global Mining coinciding with MINExpo. Developed messaging strategy, visuals, displays and entertainment. Managed show workers and $2.8M budget. - Managed contract worker for 15 months during launch of Cat MineStar campaign. Interviewed, hired, mentored and performed quarterly reviews for employee. - Mentored other Cat technology teams on best practices of technology marcom strategy launch and execution of nomenclature strategy for Cat Connect. Carefully considered and advised on change management tactics of product name changes and determined how construction and mining technologies should complement one another and where distinct differences should remain. - Completed entire suite of New Product Introduction sales & marketing materials for technology products. Materials did not exist prior to Roschelle being in this role. - Created and executed public relations and marcom strategy for Cat autonomous mining trucks and two key joint ventures for Caterpillar's mining business. - Developed executive speech for Innovations in Mining Conference by working with Caterpillar Vice President to pull together key talking points regarding Caterpillar’s technology strategy and its impact on the mining industry.
