I had multiple roles in the company over the years, Transformation, Innovation, Planning and Control, M&A and Business Development, allowing me to build a solid knowledge base and an integrated vision of operations.My experience includes planning and control in multinational settings, strategy definition and communication, cost cutting, international acquisitions and negotiations, partnerships, business planning and feasibility studies, markets and competitors analysis, new services launch, organization restructuring and rightsizing.I joined Telecom Italia from a position as Senior Manager at Bain & Co., a leading global business consulting firm focused on helping management to make key strategic decisions.Prior to Bain & Co. I worked for IBM Research focusing on IP networks, fiber optics communications and technology transfer.I hold a Master in Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master in Computer Science from the University of Rome.I have been Vice President of the MIT Club of Italy and taught in various seminars at universities such as Università la Sapienza and STOA’ in Naples.I am bilingual Italian and French, fluent in English and with a good knowledge of Spanish.
