I advanced through a series of increasingly responsible roles with AAA Northern New England, AAA Southern New England, and AAA Merrimack Valley. My scope encompassed building relationships with 100+ facility owners in New Hampshire, supporting them in growing their businesses and servicing AAA members. I also upheld AAA branding and contractual requirements.Previously, as Fleet Operations Manager, I provided key leadership during a merger, smoothly integrating best practices from acquired fleets into the Merrimack Valley Division. This was a 30+ vehicle fleet total. I directed a 50-member team, and oversaw daily operations of 3-bay garage. My role centered on hiring and directing maintenance personnel in repair and recovery functions for roadside vehicle malfunctions. I ensured safe operation of company vehicles in adherence with AAA, state and federal guidelines. I administered the annual budget for vehicle maintenance, operations, and procurement. Also, I used an integrated maintenance system for fleet management, which included warehouse monitoring, automated record-keeping and billing functions.► Reduced battery warranty rating from 14% to less than 2% for 3 consecutive years, ranking the best in the nation.► Increased battery program penetration for 3 consecutive years, despite decline in AAA membership.► Slashed fleet maintenance inventory levels 45% in year 1 alone.

This role involved developing and maintaining systems and controls for a FedEx SmartPost distribution center for Southern NH and Northern MA. I oversaw a workforce of warehouse specialists and subcontractors. Warehouse monitoring and inventory control.

Here, I directed project management of proprietary product development, and served as the principal customer account liaison in new product development and manufacturing. We averaged 20 simultaneous development projects; these were for domestic and international market launches. I maintained $6M inventory for 6 commodities. I took ownership of the entire scope, from project initiation, planning, scheduling, logistics, pricing, purchasing, and customer acceptance. I also engaged with external technical services and forced supplier partnerships. Additionally, I was the sole point of contact for international sales in Pac Rim, Australia and Brazil.► Steered development of project management model and PMO framework utilized enterprise-wide, across company’s 5 divisions.► Defined and instituted first article sampling (FAS) acceptance procedure for key accounts, to streamline process and ensure system integration and product launches.► Incorporated RFID technologies in new product development projects and to retrofit/revise old projects.► Slashed RFQ processing time 50% by instituting company-wide electronic form .► Generated $1M in revenue in year 1 of new commodity product, by implementing and managing pass through business.

I catered the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner, and followed through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required documents were completed accurately and in a timely manner.
