I am a high performance coach of teams and individuals, who specialises in elevating performance in real-time.My experience of performance began in elite sports as a player and coach, then to a global consultancy, working with start-ups, SMEs, and global brands to most recently being part of a top FTSE 20 company.I've seen that teams and individuals often lack awareness of their performance, especially in key enablers like leadership, communication and trust. The root cause of underperformance is often misidentified. Diagnosis is subjective and based on stories told after the event rather than facts. Without an accurate diagnosis, interventions are flawed and the richest opportunities for growth are missed.As Head Coach of an International Blind Sports Team, I saw how players, despite their blindness, understood their performance.
