In my role at Crawford, and in addition to fulfilling estimate supplement and reconciliation duties, I drive a strategy and vision for adjuster training and enablement. I specialize in crafting modular, hands-on training programs that are reusable and seamlessly integrated, ensuring effective and efficient process development and delivery.

Staffed, developed and led a global team of 40+ Enablement Managers, Instructional and Graphic Designers, Project Managers and 1st and 2nd level leaders supporting internal, partner and customer stakeholders. Centralized a multi-team enablement structure, with a siloed approach, under a single global enablement organization.

Enabled sellers and Sales Engineers with the tools, knowledge, skills, and assets needed to engage with buyers and customers to drive maximum revenue with appropriate expertise.
