I am a dynamic and results-oriented young professional with a strong track record of success and a passion for achieving excellence. I am trained as a conflict mediator and have worked on multiple cases as well as guest speaking in a college class. I am safe zone certified, allowing me to keep an open mind working with the LGBT+ community. I completed two internships in India teaching middle and high school students foreign policy by creating lesson plans focused on global problems, research methods, writing, and public speaking. During my internship at Ziibiwing Center, I was in charge of making informational graphs to present at meetings. For example, I created a chart on the land grants from the Saginaw Treaty of 1819 for the 200 year anniversary. I have managed multiple social media accounts for organizations on campus and even started the first Facebook page for the Alma College Amnesty International. My proudest moment was when I wrote an article for the school paper on a suicide awareness speaker, Jordan Burnham, that came to campus. After the article was published, he reached out to me personally to compliment me on how well I articulated his story emphasizing it was the best one in the seven years he has been speaking.
