Manage Last Time Buy (LTB) component as required by Contract Manufacturer to support HP products, including working closely with US planning team on LTB quantity, following up with order placement with supplier to secure material and delivery commitment.Review MRP on a weekly basis to generate new purchase and rescheduling orders, ensuring accurate transmission of forecast to suppliers.Team leader of HP New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, responsible for all new material parameters and purchasing information to be setup in SAP system.Manage all excess and obsolete inventory to maintain its total value to be less than 1k a month. Produce monthly excess exposure reports for management review.Audit CM quarterly to ensure compliance to HP purchasing processes and documentation standards.Train and mentor new and junior buyers.Lead on material waiting time reduction project. Focus on data compilation, analyse and deep dive into the root cause of the materials.Present findings to the purchasing managers and propose strategies to improve on the waiting time. Successfully designed and developed forecast waterfall chart for purchasing team.

Reporting to the Director of Material, prepare monthly management report for management review.Execute MRP loading, request for RFQ, generate purchase order. Assess supplier delivery performance to ensure proper material planning to support daily production. Part of ISO9000 committee, appointed as the lead auditor to ensure ISO compliance
