Production Planning -This system applies to stock requirement starting from the approved Farm Feed Consumption Forecast provided by the Farm’s Operation, which are then translated to Production Forecast by the PPIC which are the basis of establishing Production Plan and Materials (RM/PM) Requirement Plan. This system discusses Production Scheduling and the issuance of Manufacturing Order (MO) to maintain an optimum inventory of finished Goods to support Farm’s Operations.MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLAN- established schedule of materials delivery with corresponding quantities for the six (6) months requirement. Considered also are the statuses of pending PO’s and outstanding materials requisition in order to determine the total requirement of materials. It also includes the procurement of new requisition and the available inventory level of the material upon delivery so as to clearly anticipate materials delivery and prevent out-of-stock and over-stock situation.Compute for monthly, quarterly and annual material requirements.Determine volume of requirements and delivery schedules. PRODUCTION SCHEDULING- a systematic daily planning based on farm’s orders and arranging the products in accordance to the flexibility of the over-all capacity, materials availability, manpower and methods.ISSUANCE OF MANUFACTURING ORDER-Manufacturing Order Number is a group of numbers used as a code for all the products per SKU upon production. It serves as product’s traceability and identification in and out of the compound.MATERIALS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT-A system of monitoring and controlling materials and finished goods inventory with the strict implementation of First-In-First-Out (FIFO) policy.This also discusses the use of stock card for more effective way of recording the in and out of raw materials and Finished Goods (FG) stock.This system applies only to materials and products which are quantifiable and are essential to meet the requirement of Biotech Farms Operation.

• Physically evaluates packaging materials• Performs microbiological analysis (i.e. Celsis sample preparation, Gram stain, Material and equipment Swab, TVO, Enrichment, Bacterial Identification, Environmental Air Sampling, Microbial Assessment of Water Quality, Bacterial Isolation (Re- streak), and other microbial tasks including media preparation and decontamination.• Analyzes and records analytical results of chemical and physical attributes of raw materials, finished products and packaging materials on record books and quality window.• Perform waste water analysis• Re analyzes or re-sample held products with issues• Does incidental analysis on change over samples, trouble shooting samples, trade survey samples and raw materials and packaging material qualification samples and consumer complaint samples.• Checks equipment calibration/ maintenance period ensuring on- time calibration of all equipment.• Executes necessary housekeeping including cleaning of glassware.• Investigates and prepares gap analysis when there are out of limits results due to analytical error.• Prepares chemical and reagent labeling and standardization.• Participates in external accuracy and precision program with other P&G sites.• Observes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Housekeeping (GHK) and complies rules and regulation.• Makes proper turn over of responsibility to relieving QA analyst.
