Responsible for overall Concept, Schematic, Detailed and Construction Design of Plumbing, Fire Protection and LPG system of certain projects. Conducts research and studies with the latest innovations and technology involve with these trades. Manage the phasing of man hours according to different requirements of each of the projects applying the Level of Development (LOD) standards. During coordination of combine MEPF system or CSD, we make sure that clashes within our trades shall be corrected to avoid variations during construction. Inclined in using Revit as a software for early detection ofpossible clashes within MEPF trades. Studying various standard codes especially international codes and adopting innovative design so as to also meet LEED building points.

Review of plumbing and sanitary system applying the new technology BIM system. Our intent is to determine the clashes by modeling the combined services before the project commence its construction. By these system clashes will be determined early so as to avoid future design coordination meeting and cost variations which in reality cause the delay of the target completion date. We are specialist who will review if the drawings produce by the consultant are technically correct and inclined with the given codes and standards. If clashes are seen we will proposed for a better solutions that should be within the consultant’s preference and governing codes and standards.

Preparation of plans including layout of Plumbing, Fire Protection and LPG system from Concept Design until Construction stage. Preparation of Bill of Quantities, from measurement of Architectural, Engineering and Miscellaneous elements related to construction; to summary of construction cost in every stages and revisions of the project. Handled international projects.
