As a software developer currently enrolled in the Springboard cybersecurity program, I bring a unique set of skills to the table. I have hands-on experience in hardening security, managing networks, and completing vulnerability and network scans. In addition, I have several years' worth of experience in software development. I am knowledgeable in a wide range of programming languages, including SQL, Java, JavaScript, and HTML5 with CSS, and have experience with technologies such as Linux, Kali Linux, and NodeJS. I have a strong work ethic and I am adept at learning new technologies. In less than a month, I will be taking my CompTIA Security+ exam.I have held a number of software engineering positions, in which I became proficient at Java, JavaScript, SQL, and HTML5, working as both a front-end and back-end developer. With one position, I trained for three months in India, giving me broad exposure in Java and experience working in a diverse culture. I have also worked as a quality assurance engineer. I have also completed freelance projects in HTML5 and JavaScript.My education includes a Bachelor's in Information Systems Technology from Santa Fe College. I will graduate from the Springboard cybersecurity bootcamp in June 2024.
