CurrentResponsibiltie: 1. Branding related: * Address current and future hospitality and lifestyle trends both in the China market and globally. * Conduct workshop with PR company regarding to brand value, essences, personality, tone of voice, guest experience and signature touchpoints. * PR strategy & marketing plan development with PR consultant company and explore new promotion channels, and produce timely story angles throughout social media. * CIS design and VI standard related tasks. * Website content development and copywriting core message. * Work with PR consultant to develop all promotion collateral design and content. 2. Budget and pricing strategy* Conduct market research, brainstorming with Exomm members and headquarters, purposing pricing strategy basing on competitor analysis and market positioning.* Preparing annual budget and action plan, marketing plan to reach the target. 3. Business development * Establish sales activities and lead sales team to target OTA, TA, Mice agencies, corporate accounts and other potential business source. * Maintain good relationship with Tourism-board office and get necessary supporting and information, joint city promotion, travel fair, mice exhibition and association conference frequently. * Work closely with F&B department and create customized wedding package, private events, birthday party to meet the trends of young elite class. * Leasing and tracking other revenue which assigned by hotel board team. 4. Other responsibilities:* Participate five-star rating assessed standard preparation. * Hotel shops merchant and leasing related.
