I also work with the rest of the team to troubleshoot technical problems, devise new marketing ideas and workshop logistical solutions to tackle increased sales.As an employee I am attentive to small details and numbers, and am adept at using a computerised order index to send over 100 parcels daily, ensuring that each order is sent with the correct design, extras and postage. As well as this, I communicate with the other members of the team, verbally and using Google Sheets, to monitor stock levels, manage complex client queries, and delegate tasks between us fairly.I enlist basic use of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to edit client designs and create new non-custom designs for sale on the site. I built experience editing transcripts and translating during my studies by taking up freelance work with Mission Translate. I worked predominantly correcting and editing transcripts of Italian language telephone conversations regarding advertising in the medical sector. I made sure to tailor lesson content to each individual student, creating and delivering high quality presentations for every topic covered, as well as creating different learning environments that catered to different educational needs. This experience bolstered my ability to manage several different projects at once, paying equal attention to each of them, completing my work on time whilst also remaining flexible and open to any changes that could occur. My time in Italy also gave me invaluable experience in switching between languages at a rapid rate, having to think on my feet in order to deliver the best lessons possible and communicate in the manner most effective for both my students and myself.Sadly, my time teaching in Italy was cut short due to travel implications related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
