Provide support, education and training for our customers who are currently using our Analytical Chemistry systems. Designed and developed multiple e-learning modules to help promote effective, guided, and standardized learning at our customers' sites. Provide training for new, advanced customers as well as employees. Support customer on site training and system optimization.

Managed the combined Serology and Diagnostic Immunology laboratory section with a support staff of 25 employees. My responsibilities included quality control review, staff mentoring and coaching, budgeting and planning, strategic planning and growth assessment to align with the needs of the company, project management and ensuring accurate testing and resulting of a daily average of 30,000 samples.

Worked as a technologist in the Diagnostic Immunology department and was promoted to Lead Tech with the added responsibilities of reviewing QC data, ordering reagents and other consumables, staff training and development, and ensuring the validity of daily clinical laboratory results to support over 1500 dialysis clinics and their corresponding patients.
