After a career as a Captain in the British Army flying Lynx Anti-Tank helicopters, I embarked on a Cake Design business which fast developed into a world-wide social media success.I present the weekly cake and bake shows on The Craft Channel (UK TV) andwith over a million followers on Facebook, I also manage a rapidly growing YouTube audience and I concentrate on teaching at all levels.I combine my media and management skills with my cake artistry to plan, develop and execute PR campaigns which have cake artistry as a main feature. I have been responsible for the main feature displays at Cake International, The BBC Bakes and Cakes Show and The Cake and Bake Show as well as appearing on local and national TV.I am a demonstrator at trade and commercial shows and I also undertake speaking engagements as well as the odd radio appearance.Love my job :)
