· Process all broker and correspondent applications and annual re-certifications· Understand HUD and VA regulations and apply that understanding to account maintenance· Maintain broker licensing/NMLS changes current· Troubleshoot account related issues as they arise· Manage broker compensation tiers· Interact with Wholesale and Correspondent Division personnel, account executives and management to keep account approvals current and in good standing· Interact with brokers, providing information and service they need to help them do business with Guild· Use available tools and evaluate available information to reduce Guild’s risk· Keep pace with industry changes and adapt to new policies and procedures ensuring compliance in how we do business· Develop knowledge of state licensing regulation and requirements· Any other reasonable duties required by Guild Mortgage Company or Branch Manager

• Processing daily wires including late, additional, and prefunding• Responding to bank and funder requests regarding wires• Gathering data and backup as needed for banks• Month-end account reconciliations, research, follow up and journal entries• Backup for other treasury desk functions• Ad-hoc projects as time and experience permits• Any other reasonable duties required by Guild Mortgage Company or Department Manager
