Developed multiple assays to detect and quantitate clinically-relevant analytes that met performance criteria set by CLSI and FDA guidelines for diagnostic applications. Worked with a variety of biological matrices. Integrated assays onto multiple proprietary platforms, including authoring and optimizing protocols and troubleshooting. Co-led a team to source, select, optimize, and verify alternative enzymes for multiple assays. Went above and beyond in assay work by researching and working on different reagent stabilization methods for active assays including liquid stabilization and lyophilization. Executed tech transfer of multiple assays to QC and manufacturing teams and maintained relationship with those teams for troubleshooting and documentation updates. Authored internal documents and routinely balanced multiple projects to allow for parallel progress to be achieved.

Developed multiple chemiluminescent ELISA and non-ELISA spectrophotometric assays from start to finish, including bench characterization and authoring associated documents. Designed, formulated, and maintained inventory for multi-analyte calibrators for ELISA applications. Investigated alternative binding surfaces using anti-biotin. Researched and optimized formulations to improve stability of reagents when dried down as films using the Savant Speed Vac.Worked with process engineering group on quality control and process development for sonically welded parts including optimization of sonic welder settings to seal parts.Used JMP software to analyze data. Programmed and operated Hamilton STARlet liquid mover to execute assays.

Cleaned laser cut parts for proprietary cartridge under a microscope.Prepared reagent formulations per established SOPs.Generated and executed protocols for spot placement of antibodies via the BioDot machine.Performed ELISA assays in both 384 and 96 well formats.
