As part of my job at the UNBSU I go to CASA conferences where I was elected to the board. As Director of Policy I- Sit on Board of Directors - Work with the Policy & Research Analyst (PRA) in creating/reviewing CASA’s policies as directed by Membership- Chair the Federal Policy Committee (FPC)- Lead CASA’s policy development process - New policies as required - Reviewing policies every three years

As Vice President Research and Policy some of what I do is act as a liaison between all levels of governance in Fredericton, partake in CASA conferences across Canada, organize an annual Advocacy Conference, Sit on the UNBSU council as a non-voting member, identify external policy needs, perform strategy development, and research and analyze key external policy issues as guided by consultations with students.
