As the Workshops and Events Administrator I played a major role in organizing and implementing events. The events I worked with range from professional development days across Canada as well as the Annual Conference. Part of this role included managing and editing the website using basic HTML. I also assisted in managing the Twitter account for the events.

I facilitate various sport leagues. I set up equipment and score keep while promoting events and tournaments. The interaction with the participants is great and the organization is second to none. This role required me to be the face of the OSSC and conduct the interaction with the participants as well as assist in promotion of sponsors for the OSSC.I also assisted in a few tournaments which included set up and tear down as well as full day event work.

Once the assessment was complete, I uploaded that information into the City of Ottawa system as a reference for future programs and facility information.
