I assist and empower people to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through specialised exercise prescription, at our clinic as well as community based and home visits. Private and government funded bodies including NDIS, TAC, workcover and my aged care.

Supervise and coordinate exercise sessions for the PISCES Study: Post-Ischemic Stroke Cardiovascular Exercise Study

Supervising and conducting "Strength Training" and "Activate" programs in the Healthy Living Program at CCHS. This involves prescribing and delivering programs 1:1 to older adults with various cardiometabolic, muscoloskeletal and neurological. I also oversee them complete their programs in the gym and write clinical notes following sessions.Activate is a smaller exercise group for lower level older adults that require closely supervised exercise programs which focus on improving/maintaining cardiovascular, strength and balance. Also occasionally work on reception desk completing administration duties such as answering phone calls, handling money, checking in clients and handling queries from clients/colleagues.

Conducted physical testing, developed and delivered tailored exercise programs for adolescents and young adults with various cancers during and post treatment. E.g. Leukemia, lymphoma, breast, colorectal and melanoma cancers.

Conducted assessments, exercise testing including ECG, developed and delivered tailored exercise programs for individuals and groups with various musculoskeletal, cardiometabolic and neurological disease in the centre as well as developing and delivering home exercise programs.

Conducted assessments and exercise testing, developed and delivered exercise programs (including home exercise programs) to people with cardiopulmonary and metabolic disease as well as provide lifestyle education for their respective condition.

Conducted assessments, developed and delivered individual and group exercise programs for adults and paediatrics with various musculoskeletal, neurological an cardiometabolic conditions.

Conducted assessments, developed and delivered tailored exercise programs to individuals and groups with various musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiometablic conditions. This included daily hydrotherapy sessions.

Assisted PhD students complete testing for their studies at Epworth Hospital (Orthosport and Rehabilitation Centre Richmond).Research involved gait analysis, strength and balance testing in those following total knee replacements and a separate study on stroke .

Assisted health club manager with various jobs at the YMCA centre.This included: facilitating fitness classes, assisting personal training sessions, conducting health assessments and plans, exercise prescription, program writing, administration, assisting the local special school with activities and using gym equipment and helping living longer, living stronger group with their exercise programs in the gym.
