-Greets patients and guests in the Reception counter and assists them according to the needs i.e. refer to service area as requested.-Register in the computer and open files for new patients on the basis of information provided in the Patient Information form.-Provides information to customers as to prices, facilities, doctors and visiting professors program.-Handles cash payments and deposit it to the General Cashier before end of every shift.Documents all transactions and summarizes with accuracy daily cash receipts and receipt cancellations.Reports to his/her immediate Supervisor any incident or requirement needing immediate assistance without leaving the Reception Area.Performs other duties as may be delegated by the Receptionists’ Supervisor and/or Customer Service Manager.

As Customer Care Executive, I greeted patients, scheduled appointments and maintained records and accounts. I answered patients and visitor’s inquiries, helped patients in distress and scheduled patient appointments by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule and reminding providers of service delays.My key role was to perform billing of both insured and non-insured patients, manage insurance process and provide customers with information about their insurance coverage benefits. Working as an Information and Technology Technician, I handled support calls, set accounts updates for staff and ensured that they know how to log in. I installed and configured computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
