I am working on The Chesapeake Bay Regional Program.• Facilitate conference/training calls between grantees, NFWF staff and corporate partner staff to clarify roles and responsibilities. Coordinate event agendas and logistics with involved parties..• In consultation and coordination with the Communications Department, manage the web content on applicable program landing pages of the NFWF site ensuringinformation is up-to-date and informative.• Monitor active grants/contracts in coordination with the grant administration team and coordinate with Grants Administration staff as assigned.• Develop and disseminate materials to assist program advisory committees in reviewing submitted applications and answer inquiries from reviewers, as appropriate, in a timely manner.• Work with assigned program leads to prepare and review Board materials, Congressional notification abstracts, reports and other materials, as needed.• Manage aspects of select grant program(s), including preparation of Requests for Proposals, organization of review committees and meetings, coordination with grant applicants and program partners, and other activities directed by the Director, Program Operations.• Assist in various programmatic responsibilities, as directed, such as maintenanceof funding source spreadsheets, preparation of programmatic proposals and reports, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, internet research on various conservation topics and responding to requests for information from program partners.• Prepare and submit programmatic reports to funders by compiling programmatic data and writing report narratives summarizing programmatic activities. Organize and track programmatic reporting deadlines for corporate and federal agency partners.• Prepare financial reports with the assistance of financial and program staff, assist in the tracking of program account activity, and perform queries within Foundation financial and project databases as needed.

I am working on The Five Star and Urban Waters Restoration Grant Program. The program aims to improve water quality, watersheds, and the species and habitats they support through local and community-driven restoration, outreach, education, and stewardship efforts.Role duties:• Act as NFWF’s primary contact for grantees and contractors from awardnotification through project closure.• Act as a liaison between grantees and NFWF program, finance, and compliancestaff.• Collaborate with compliance staff to aid in conducting project fiscal review andbudget approval for potential grantees. This process includes, but is not limited tothe collection of financial documents such as GAAP and Single audits, 990s,Federally Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreements; and pre-analysis of budgets.• Generate grant agreements, contracts, and amendments.• Review and process grantee payment requests, amendment requests, and financialreports. These tasks include but are not limited to the analysis of expenditurereporting; reviewing invoicing documentation; tracking budget discrepancies;reviewing scope, schedule, budget and match amendment requests andcoordinating the review process within NFWF.• Prepare detailed monthly reports on the status of the grant portfolio.• Respond to inquiries from grant recipients throughout the project lifecycle.• Manage project database records and ensure records are complete before the projectclosure.• Manage a workflow of over 200 grants in a fast-paced environment by staying up todate with new Foundation policies and federal regulations.
