As a small business owner myself, with experience in various business enterprises, I understand that ‘capital is the major key to success.’ I’ve faced the many challenges and headaches created when access to business capital is limited, or even non-existent, whether the need is for a business line of credit or short or long-term finance. Navigating through the many hurdles and obstacles limiting access to commercial capital/real estate finance will often define, restrict, and determine the life, longevity, and businesses’ outcome (success or failure). Understanding this, for 30 plus years my team and I have assisted small businesses who are often struggling with such challenges.
