Rose Liu’s career has focused on performing financial analysis for commercial real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition, and investment transactions in office, industrial, retail and multi-family markets. In addition, she provides market research to clients and colleagues. She also produces quarterly market reports that provide extensive market knowledge on both Office and Industrial properties in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. During her tenure, she has analyzed at least 1,000 proposals, leases and investment transactions. She helps manage a 4 million square foot real estate portfolio with over 160 owned and leased locations for CHSLI and has abstracted and maintained a database of over 320 leases. She has been involved in lease and property acquisition and disposition deals with a total transaction value in excess of $500 million. She is proficient in Argus Valuation DCF & Enterprise, ProCalc and creating and using complex Excel Financial Models.
