• Organized and participated in campus activities promoting student engagement/integration, such as community service and civic learning to improve overall retention rates. • Lead portions of Moving Forward, Giving Back: First Year Day of Service (MFGB), an opportunity for first year and transfer students to begin their college experience early with a day of service. Ran the registration table, guiding students to their site locations, and organizing the post reflection activity. • Supported Election 2016 programming including registering students to vote, helping organize forums, mock elections, debate watch parties, and marketing the programs via social media, print media, and the new student affairs app, Check I’m Here. • Analyzed student surveys, organized data, compiled the student and community partner qualitative comments, and produced summary reports from programs. Involved in high impact/best practice research that will be used to inform future directions for the center, as well as additional programming.• Created weekly email letter to students who identify as interested in community engaged activities, volunteering in the community, or were part of MFGB. • Acted as an additional contact person and representative in the center that is singularly staffed.

• Live on position, participated in on call duty rotation, and was available for 24/7 advocacy.• Participated in on-campus and community trainings on sexual and relationship violence prevention and response. • Served as a confidential resource and advocate for Salem State students who have experienced sexual assault, relationship or domestic violence, or stalking. • Respond to crisis situations as they occur in coordination with Student Life, Residence Life, University and city Police and others. • Assisted students/ survivors with connecting on-campus and off-campus resources, as well as acted as a resource for faculty/staff that sought guidance.• Relationships developed with Counseling and Health Services, Student Life, University and city Police, and Residence Life to provide prevention and education programs for the campus community.

• Organized and facilitated educational and social programs for 525 sophomore students in traditional-style housing.• Conducted administrative tasks, which included health and safety inspections, distributing keys, and other tasks as assigned.• Directly responsible for 38 students in sophomore traditional style housing.• Served as a resource for university policy and responded to multiple crisis situations such as self-harm, domestic violence, and harassment situations, among others.• Maintained positive relationships with facilities, student staff across the campus community, as well as partner offices and organizations on campus.• Created and coordinated duty rotation schedule cooperatively with a staff of 15 Resident Assistants.• Set office hours and served as a resource for residents that came to the office, as well as complete paperwork and other tasks as they were needed.
