Alongside consumer and worker coops, including infrastructure bodies such as the Co-op Heritage Fund, Co-operative College and Coop News, ICWG has championed development work in India and Malawi.In the last few years, driven by the ICWG, the sector has donated £100,000 to female led co-operatives in India to provide emergency Covid aid and provide sustainable livelihoods for 40 young women. Incorporated in July 2012, SharpFutures is a creative digital agency that supports diverse young people into employment. Successfully fundraising for and delivering the opening launch in 2011, the team handled general management, PR, Marketing and Sales for The Sharp Project and resulted in appointment of Rose you COO.

MOTIV CIC inspired and motivated school pupils to higher educational attainment and improved future life chances. Rose used her music industry experience and sponsorship contacts (including EMI, Hard Rock Cafe, Xfm, nandos, odeon) as well as popular children's brands Lego, Crayola and top trumps to deliver a series of challenges and unique experiences to over 130,000 school pupils and their families.

Managed artists for EMI, Warner Chappell, Sony publishing and Warner music. Delivered events at Glastonbury to Royal Albert Hall and internationally SXSW to In The City New York.
