Senior Air Force Officer:Provided guidance and mentorship for sister service leadership and junior members. Assisted with annual performance reviews; acted as liaison to ensure PCSed member's performance review was processed through appropriate channels. Led course content review to ensure course continues tomeet appropriate objectives; liaised with guest speakers to ensure content aligns with objectives. Worked with Curriculum Development branch to identify and write appropriate course objectives and update course material.Instructor:Taught Nuclear Materials Production nearly monthly in the Nuclear Weapons Orientation Course. Taught Nuclear Enterprise students about uranium enrichment and plutonium production. Adapted the instructional presentation to suit the needs and abilities of the students. Addressed nuclear surety, deterrence, and signs of possible proliferation in adversary nations and their capabilities. Training Coordinator:Conducted monthly team and wellness training, utilizing and adapting the Air Force Material Command-provided training materials to differentiate the presentations suitably for division personnel.Annual Awards Co-Lead:Led team of 15 to organize and present the 2020 Annual Awards Ceremony as a virtual event. Chief Operations Officer for IT branch:managed daily branch functions; supported Helpdesk and customers when customers were not satisfied; assessed branch additional duties forredundancy and inefficiencies—reduced branch workload by 15%. Took lead on AFRL IG visit, ensured they had a location to work, IT/network accessand support, and all supplies needed. Worked with Helpdesk to simplify and streamline the AFRL out-processing webpage which eliminated the needfor most out-processing personnel to visit in-person. Managed the Nuclear Weapons Orientation Course (NWOC) and the Advanced Weapons Operators Course (AWOC): I set the schedule of instruction, worked with the registrar's office regarding the student roster and any issues, invited and arranged for the arrival of guest speakers, prepared end-of-course reports, coordinated with IT for student computer access, and administered the NWOC end-of-course exam. (AWOC did not have an exam) I taught basics of nuclear physics, nuclear materials production, nuclear weapon design, and nuclear weapon effects to include blast, thermal, radiation effects on materials, and medical effects.

Supported team of ten Research and Development contractor engineers, resolved contract deliverable issues, edited final report, custodian for $368K worth of laboratory equipment. Oversaw termination of 10-year Large Deployable Optics program in the Space Vehicles Directorate. Worked with team of contractors developing nm-level control system for sparse array telescope.

Studied and designed 1um & 4um laser systems for infrared missile countermeasure research. Performed basic research into infrared laser-based counter-missile technology. Built, tested, delivered laser for sensor jamming research. Designed, built, tested laser power source for aircraft self-protection system research. Managed $100K/yr budget for laboratory equipment and supplies in addition to $1.1M laboratory equipment inventory. Managed Small Business Innovative Research (Phase I) contract for space hardened laser.
