Write acknowledgement letters to donors on behalf of the deans of the College of Engineering and division of Mathematical, Life, & Physical Sciences. Creating stewardship reports for donors and assist in the preparation and execution of donor-related events on campus.

Assist nonprofit organization in operations, including organizing volunteers for monthly reading clubs and providing research and analysis for grants. Collaborate with staff to improve social media and develop content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Generate donations for anniversary celebration, and offer additional administrative support for coordination of reading clubs and fundraising events.

Maintained chapter productivity and assured adequate member retention for the entire year. Oversaw the Administrative department and organized active members while guaranteeing the chapter was up to date on required paperwork and conferences.

Designed and distributed quarterly newsletter to Gamma Phi Beta chapter members in addition to family and friends. Developed website from scratch using WIX and published within a deadline of 2 weeks. Served as a member of the Public Relations committee.
