Extensive operational and strategic experience in several large and busy London hospitals. Previous experience of patient safety and risk management with relevant risk and governance skills and expertise. Experience of working with system partners: acute trusts, local authorities, commissioners and the voluntary sector to deliver safe transfer of care for patients. Aware of the need to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver change and transformation in transfer of care and integration. Experience of project work, transformation delivery and working across acute organisations. Experience of policy, process , guidance and also including SOP review and development and implementation. Participation in LGA peer reviews in other acute hospital trusts, in relation to discharge planning and DTOC's- looking at larger systems and services to enhance system and organisational working.
