Researched legal issues pertaining to migrant farmworkers, such as wage and hour claims under AWPA and the FLSA, as well as unemployment claims. Wrote trial briefs and complaints.

Conducted intake interviews and assessed claims for relief from deportation, interviewed clients and created affidavits of support, and visited detention center to conduct on-site intakes. Created English and Spanish materials for detained pro se immigrants and created an instructional manual for pro-bono attorneys.
