Performs cost planning, forecasting, control measures, and financial reporting for various capital projects; prepares spreadsheets, schedules and reconciliations of funding, expenditures and costs projections.Maintains engineering and construction budget and cost expenditures accounts, prepares project close-outs and reconciles project work-in-progress; performs project cost variance and other analyses.Plans and evaluates the performance of assigned staff; establishes performance requirements and personal development targets; regularly monitors performance and provides coaching for performance improvements and development; provides rewards to recognize performance, takes disciplinary action, up to and including recommendation for termination, to address performance deficiencies, in accordance with the Authority human resources standards and procedures and labor contract provisions.
