Let me start with this saying:"Whatever you do as a little kid is probably what you should do for the rest of your life." The first time I heard this saying, I thought back to myself as a kid when I used to have an imaginary class with students in which I taught them what I had learned in school. Then I grew up and forgot about this little kid for many years. Until that moment when I realised that I didn't like my job and I wasn't happy. Four years ago, I quit my job as a pharmacist and started volunteering as an Arabic and English teacher for children in refugee camps in Jordan and Turkey. That year was a turning point in my life since I realised how much I love and enjoy teaching. So decided to improve my teaching skills and take it to a professional level. I began teaching Arabic as a second language to foreigners in a language and culture centre in Amman. Later on, I started "Learn Arabic with Rose '' as face-to-face classes in AmmanWith the emergence of the pandemic last year, I had to switch to online classes. I digitised all my material and moved all the activities that I used to do face-to-face to the online sphere. Fortunately, I succeeded and managed to create engaging and educational activities, to let students enjoy the experience of learning the Arabic language and culture online.
