Responsibilities:*Manage the Royalty Owner Relations hotline, resolve owner issues related to payments, address updates, and change in ownership.*Process manual party transaction in Oracle Energy, & perform interest calculation & process payments.*Provide assistance to Division Order Analyst with reviewing & generating of Division orders as needed.*Assist Division Order Analyst with research, analysis, interpretation & system input of royalty payment terms.* Set up new owner's, suspend & release owner's for payment in Domain & Super BA database.*Research & void all return royalty checks, both in Citibank & Oracle Energy.*Perform monthly void check reconciliation & generate report to verify all checks voided for the month were recorded on the general worksheet ledger, utilizing Excel.*Review Citibank daily for any match pays, direct deposit rejects, analyze and resolve payment issues.*Update owners in the joint venture netting table in Oracle Energy.*Generate & mail out monthly due diligence letters to owners, regarding outstanding checks over 180 days.*Generate First B Notice letters, from the IRS list of owners with federal tax id#'s that are not matching tax id# on file.*Generate & mail out 1099's for customers who have lost or never received previous year.
