Through the Center for Healthy Nonprofits, Rose creates and facilitates organizational and professional development programs for both staff and board members. She also facilitates opportunities for leaders to reflect, share insights and provide guidance, mentorship and support to our nonprofit community in Southern Arizona.

Rose began her consulting firm in 2000. She has served nonprofits and national sport governing bodies within the Olympic movement. Most recently, her practice involves team development and organizational culture in both the corporate and higher education world. The WOSAC board and community serves the faculty, staff and students of the Gender and Women's Studies department at the University of Arizona. We offer programs that feature faculty storytelling, support students through scholarships and grants and support community events such as Lunafest, Fiesta Storytelling and Salons. These programs not only support the department, but allow community involvement with the department and address issues that are important to those who support women and gender dialogue.

Rose Snyder, was a Senior Executive Recruiter, with the Woodmoor Group; bringing over 30 years’ experience in the sport and athletic industries. Nutrition and food science has captured her attention for recruiting, She recruited across all levels for this particular industry from food scientists to c-level employees.

Served as a partner consultant in the Hughes Consulting Group. Focused primarily on national level non-profits. Assisted organizations with governance, strategic planning and staff and board development and evaluation.

Served as the department head for coaching division, creating and delivering education programs for national and Olympic level coaches; served as a liaison for 47 national governing bodies to help improve coaching education pipeline within each individual sport.• Developed the strategic plan for the coach and sports science division• Oversaw coach mentoring scholarship program, allowing young coaches to train elite athletes at the Olympic Training Center under the guidance of the national coaches in 12 different sports• Oversaw the annual Coaches College, working with USOC Sports Science and Medicine staff to create a state-of-the-art curriculum and provide cutting-edge information for coaches in biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology and seasonal planning• Supervised and managed a professional staff of four and a budget of $1 million
