● The Beginning ●My career in veterinary started at the age of 15 working every Saturday on reception at my local vets. My passion for photography took over and I studied this at university with the aim to become a wildlife photographer 🐅📸● The Middle ●After I left university I decided veterinary was the route for me after all. I held numerous sales positions whilst I studied at college, then obtained a patient care assistant role and developed from there. 🦋I gained a large number of varied skills throughout my time in management ranging from practice development, recruitment, rota management, implementing new policies, HR and team engagement. ● The Now ●As of August 2022 I have been in the position of Recruitment Manager for Goddard Vet Group. I feel incredibly engaged in my role, not only because I have fun doing it, but I am fortunate enough to feel valued on a daily basis. My recruitment style is personal and informal, having a chat and exploring what's important to you? What do you need from a role and company? And then hopefully finding the perfect fit! 🤝On a personal note, I have my beautiful feline fur babies Dora and Diego who are the loves of my life....so if you find yourself on the phone to me prepare yourself as I will chew your ear off about them! 🐈
