I created close relationships with local business owners, non- profit organizations, entrepreneurs, chefs, and artists by listening to their advertising needs and getting their message out to the public through promotional materials and social media networks. I contributed to the development of encore's digital platforms. We expanded the audience reach through digital marketing by utilizing social media contests, giveaways, surveys and a new mobile app. I was an active role in the planning process of company events such as Wilmington Restaurant Week, Burger Week, and the annual Best of Awards Party.
