Overarching responsibility for the effective & efficient management ANP/UCP/ GP audit feedback, database development and management; reviewing & testing the consistency of system reports in order to provide relevant & timely Management Information for the Board on the matter of clinical audit; assist in the development of any new IT systems linked to clinical audit. Provide the Clinical Audit team with administrative support - including developing links with all contractual areas where audit is undertaken.

Overarching responsibility for the effective & efficient management of personal files for the HR Management Information System of all sessional GPs; overarching responsibility for the provision of clinical audit feedback to sessional GPs; reviewing & testing the consistency of system reports in order to provide relevant & timely Management Information for the Board; supporting & assisting the Compliance Lead with producing accurate meeting notes & collating reports from CQC inspections.

The key responsibilities for my role are, but not limited to:- the production of relevant & timely Management Information for the Board & Commissioners; the effective & efficient management of personal files for the HR Management Information System of all sessional GPs; administration of the plaudits procedure to include liaising with the public, NHS bodies & other Out of Hours Providers; the effective management & administration of the patient experience questionnaire system to include reporting findings to the Head of Clinical Governance & to provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance team including producing accurate meeting notes, typing call transcripts, handling incoming/outgoing post, filing & archiving.

My key areas of responsibility were, but not limited to:- Acting as the first point of contact for students, parents & external agencies; dissemination of information to relevant staff, students & families, following up actions as necessary; Administration services for Mini School staff including operation of Mini School functions & Schools PR; Maintaining accurate records of all communications with parents & students; addressing uniform issues with students/parents & undertake any necessary administration; record late registration; collecting work for students not attending school for reasons of illness, school phobia or exclusion; obtaining reports from students for non-lesson incidents & disseminate to duty team; data input to School information management system when required. In addition to these duties I also designed, produced, edited & ensured distribution of the School termly Newsletter; including taking the initiative to explore the cost benefits of an alternative distribution method (website & email).
