About Rose Thompson

I am currently the Senior Research Manager at the McPin Foundation. I have lead a number of evaluations of projects that look at community approaches (particularly peer approaches) to mental health, loneliness and isolation, and living with life limiting conditions. I have also lead a number of projects that involve storytelling and creative approaches to mental health. In particular I have lead on My Story: Our Future, a project in which I have worked collaboratively with a team of researchers who have lived experience of psychosis to understand the life stories of people who have used early intervention services for psychosis. A large part of my role involves supporting and working with researchers who have lived experience of mental health difficulties to use that experience in our work.https://vimeo.com/103586362
