As the owner I was in charge daily operations of all kinds. Everything from the entire recruiting process to the training and actual cleaning. I provided oversight and quality control for large house and office cleanings, conducted business process assessments and developed new processes for the successful management and execution of services, cleaned, stocked and performed supply designation to facility areas for jobs like dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc, carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

I care for about a 1/4 acre plot of an edible/herbal/ medicinal garden for an elderly lady who doesn't have the ability to care for it herself. My duties include mowing, edging, pruning, planting, harvesting, weeding, shaping, transplanting, groundskeeping, fertilizing, and dirt/mulch dispersal. I have a personal interest in sustainability and fresh nutritious food. This job has allowed me to learn the planting/growing process and also enough about gardening to provide a amount of food to provide for my own family in our own yard. I enjoy every moment I get to do this job.

At this role I collaborated with department managers to acquire knowledge of new open positions, conducted phone screenings with qualified candidates, tracked assessment results, promoted the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employer, kept up to date on current opportunities, provided recruitment reports for the team managers. Utilized my abilities to research an assortment of roles from software developer to construction day laborer, use candidate tracking software, design recruiting strategies, communicate professionally. I also have a working knowledge of the employment laws and legeslation.

Ensured that the entire UPS operation in a plant complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, ensured that the operation of the UPS System met proper safety standards, including use of proper identification tags, accountability for package contents, accountable for reliability and security of transactions, provided appropriate training to employees designated as “UPS Supervisors” in regard to their specific job duties and responsibilities, ensured that all state, federal, and company rules are enforced with fidelity to its mission statement, including the HR Policy Manual”, supervised the operation of UPS System in my area of responsibility by administering policies, rules, regulations and procedures that has been established by the company, provided daily reports on the activities of all terminal operations in accordance with company policy.
