Responsible for managing administrative tasks, organising and conducting interviews for larger research aims. Additionally responsible for writing all sections (and be first author) of a to-be published and peer-reviewed educational psychology paper on the impact of systematic reflection. Developed skills regarding use of NVivo, written and spoken communication, and organisation.

Responsible for gathering data for a qualitative systematic review including organising a multi-database systematic search, organising and quality control of papers, and extraction of key themes through inductive thematic analysis. To be published as second author in a peer-reviewed article regarding the transition faced by ex-Service personnel from military service into the civilian workforce, and thus impact on their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
