I am a graduate of the University of Washington having pursued a BS in Neuroscience and Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry and am currently a first year medical student at the University of Washington School of Medicine. As a former student in the Interdisciplinary Honors program and the Neuroscience and Biochemistry Departmental Honors program, I am passionate about exploring new treatment options for debilitating neurological disorders and diseases. I am interested in creating new, innovative, and effective ways to treat illnesses, including but not limited to brain cancers and epilepsy disorders. Much research is still to be done in this field, and I am inspired and encouraged by the foundational groundwork that has been laid in front of me. For long-term career goals, I wish to eventually specialize in Neurosurgery.Experienced and comfortable in laboratory research and settings, Adobe Creative Cloud, and have experience in Bash and NWChem.
