I love hunting for top talent and bringing them onboard. From sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding - I'm on it. I am adept at setting KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive 360-degree feedback to employees.As for employee relations, I'm no stranger to complex issues.
