Roseanna is a founder, management consultant and gender equality advocate with 15+ years experience. Previously a McKinsey consultant, she works with C-suite leaders in S&P500 and ASX100 organisations focussing on strategy, transformation and system change. She also supports start ups looking to disrupt industries for the better - a big picture visionary who's happy to roll up her sleeves to get things done.Roseanna is the Founder MBBW, a global private member community from top tier consulting. Informally she has been leading this group since 2018 and in 2023 is launching the global community with an aim to advance more women in leadership and provide a space for these women to advance positive impact in the world. Roseanna is also a member of the 2X Global Forum, providing strategic advice and engagement on gender lens investing.Roseanna consults in financial services/fintech, including currently working with a S&P500 listed Insurer as well as advising fintech start-ups. She also has experience in a range of industries including Energy, Telco/Media and Retail for global organisations.Prior to launching MBBW she worked for the internationally renowned Champions of Change Coalition, a global community of 250+ CEOs who implement innovative initiatives on gender equality in their organisations and drive national conversations for societal change. She directed the of launch the Global Tech Group which held its inaugural meeting in Davos during the World Economic Forum in 2019, she also works closely with the founder Elizabeth Broderick who is a United Nations Special Rapporteur for Discrimination against Women and Girls. She has been a regular attendee and contributor at Gender-investment events and field building initiatives. Roseanna has post graduate studies in Finance and Accounting and is originally from New Zealand.
