CurrentAs a licensed REALTOR with Prudential Homesale Services group, I work full-time as a residential real estate agent serving both buyers and sellers. The main obligations and responsibilities that I assume for each and every client are due diligence, loyalty, confidentiality, continuous good faith effort, and appropriate disclosures. Through my company, I have earned the following certifications: e-Buyer, Destination Services Specialist (Relocation), On-Line Buyer Advantage (OBA), and On-Line Seller Advantage (OSA). The most critical components of my performance-based services include negotiation, transaction management, analysis and interpretation of property data, ongoing client communication, explanation of client rights and responsibilities, understanding and explaining the Purchase Sales Agreement, and data base management. I am an ardent supporter of lifelong learning and strive to take as many continuing education courses as possible.
