She specializes particularly in the strategy and delivery of complex infrastructure projects including : Environmental projects (waste, sewage and water in particular); social infra : hospital and schools and transport sector including rail and highways. A particular passion is heritage projects, especially in historically significant buildings. Roseanne advises on procurement rules (contracts and utilities), commercial structures and negotiation, delivery models, construction contracts, security suites and communications.She advises on all manner of procurement strategies for local authorities and central government and has advised on routes from the fully negotiated procedure to the streamlined competitive dialogue.
