Non-Profit Action Lab- Using human centered design principles, led the implementation and scaling phases to expand eviction prevention programming across the state of Texas. Community Foundation- Designed and implemented the final user testing phase for a benefit screener app that will be used to shorten the length of time it takes to apply for federal and state benefits.Fortune 500 Company, Corporate and Social Responsibility Department- Used human centered design principles to develop the strategic plan to launch a 6-year global funding initiative for generative AI education.

- Managed a $5 million budget and the required reporting processes - Worked with a statutory board to develop and implement policy decisions- Managed over 90 state contracts. These contracts are comprised of school districts, nonprofits, and local public health agencies. All contractors provide programming in at least one of six categories: restorative justice, after school programs, student drop-out prevention, violence prevention, early childhood, and mentoring.- Oversaw and guided a statewide program evaluation process. The evaluation report is then provided to the Governor each year to show effectiveness of youth development programs.- Worked collaboratively with other programs and state agencies to develop uniform processes and resources for communities receiving state and federal dollars for youth programming. - Supervised the Program Specialist, Fiscal Officer and youth employees

- Developed processes, systems, and tools to support efficient and effective program operations. These specific duties included: program monitoring, designing and reviewing mid-year and final reports and conducting site visits.- Responded to the training and technical assistance needs of the grantees. Types of trainings that were supported include: positive youth development, best practices regarding fostering inclusive environments, staff capacity building, and fundraising and sustainability planning.- Founding Member of the Colorado Youth Development Team (CYDT) Advisory Committee. This committee is working toward expanding positive youth development practices across the state of Colorado.- Supported the TGYS Director in addressing public policy questions from legislators, CDPHE staff and the community at large.

- Developed and implemented before and after school programs for 250 middle school youth.- Designed, executed and managed a three year evidence-based mentoring project for high-risk youth.- Implemented a Pre-Collegiate Program for 200 middle school youth.- Served as a community liaison between school administration, faculty, parents, and the neighborhood center staff. - Assisted in the writing of multiple grants to fund raise over $150,000 from Mile High United Way and U.S. Department of Education.- Provided oversight for program evaluation requirements from numerous grants.
