I am so grateful to be the newest member of a very supportive team of HR professionals at the Grand America & Little America Hotels. Spearheaded the Workers Comp program by resurrecting it to OSHA compliance and decreasing insurance cost; the creation of policies, processes, and procedures to sustain the rapid growth during the company’s ambiguous restructure period.
