Managed Desktop Support Manager and Network Administrator; served as Project Lead of technology for city and state grant projects, and assumed responsibilities in absence of director. Managed all aspects of the ticketing system server and improved workflow processes. Managed technological aspects of office moves and new office installations; managed new leases and vendors for a fleet of copiers at five remote office sites.

Managed the day-to-day operations for the helpdesk and a team of five PC technicians. Purchased desktop IT equipment and software, created technical documentation, developed new user accounts and emails on main and local networks, and managed email distribution lists.
